Tips for Searching the Program

  • The search bar on the program schedule covers the entire program including session and paper titles, abstracts, and participant first and last names.

  • Using the most unique search string is key to locating what you’re looking for.

  • Use your first name or your last name, not both.

  • If you are searching a really common name, perhaps searching on a portion of the affiliation might be an easier way to find who you're looking for.

  • Non-presenting authors are also included in the search, so you may not initially see your search result without viewing each of the papers in a session.

  • Click “See Results from All Days” to view all results. Click “Search” to view results divided by day (see day tabs along the top).

  • When you locate what you are looking for, if you are logged in, click the star icon to the left of the session title to add the session to your Favorites collection for easy access later on.

Filtering on Session Types and Tracks and Topic Area Codes

  • If you are participating virtually, you can filter your view to only show virtual and hybrid sessions. These will be the only sessions with a link available to join the session via Zoom.

  • Session tracks can help you find all sessions associated with an Allied Society, for instance if you are interested in all of the IBEFA sessions, the Session Tracks filter can show you only the IBEFA sessions. If you are already logged in, click the yellow star next to the session title and they'll be saved to your Favorites collection for future reference.

  • Interested in all of the environmental sessions? Click the Topic Area Code filter and select Q, so see a list of the sessions in that JEL topic area code.

  • When you're done, click Reset all filters to see all of the sessions once again.
